Detoxing is a great way to get your body back into balance, especially after eating an unhealthy diet. For some sugar is one of the culprits to bad eating habits. One thing your body needs is good nutrition to replace the bad. Lastly, get plenty of exercise during this time. Exercise will trigger those feel good endorphins throughout your body. In addition, exercise will give you that natural lift without the need of sugar.
