Edamame Mash Sandwiches with Baked Fries

To start simply defrost some edamame. It is best to purchase already shelled edamame; this will save time. If you cannot find shelled edamame then defrost edamame in shell and remove them from their shells. Defrosting can be done overnight in the fridge or in a bowl of warm water.
